Position:Â Customer Service Administrator
Location:Â Eastleigh
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time (9am to 5pm)
Hourly Rate: Up to £28k per annum Â
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Efficiently managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Building strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
