Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Our small, friendly school in Chandlers Ford is seeking a passionate HLTA to join our close-knit team.
About the Role:This rewarding role involves:
- Providing 1:1 support for children with SEN.
- Leading interventions and small group sessions to support pupil progress.
- Covering planned classes in the teacher’s absence.
We are committed to supporting your growth. If you don’t already hold HLTA status, we offer the opportunity to complete your qualification while working with us.
About You:We are looking for someone who:
- Holds at least a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Has experience working with SEN children and leading interventions.
- Is proactive, flexible, and passionate about making a difference.
