Job Title: HR Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 (rising to £30,000 upon successful completion of probation)

Location: Eastleigh (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Eastleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in HR to support our team with a range of HR administrative duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all HR-related processes including managing joiners, leavers, offer letters, references, probation letters, and right to work checks.
  • Update relevant systems with new starters such as, expenses systems.
  • Oversee HR inbox management, ensuring timely responses and actions.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment, including arranging interviews.
  • Maintain and update HR records on a HRIS system.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified, or a willingness to gain the qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems is a must.
