HR Coordinator£28,000 - £30,000Fixed term contractChandlers Ford Dynamite Recruitment are working with a well established business that have a respectable size HR team that they are looking to expand for the short term on a fixed term contract to run until March 2026. We are seeking someone who has had some exposure in HR who is looking to work for a large national business to gain further exposure.  The Role of a HR Coordinator:
  • To assist in short term absence meetings
  • To be a support function within principles of investigations
  • Process updates on the internal system
  • To review policies
  • To manage and be a contract for flexible working requests
  • To manage and put through any internal change of contract forms
  • To manage a busy HR inbox
  • To be a trusted first point of contact for any internal queries
  • To work closely with the HR team and support with pulling and updating data in preparation for reports
  • To provide overall support to the HR team
