We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator for our client based in Eastleigh office to schedule, coordinate, monitor and proactively manage the quality assurance administration related processes and schedule the Operatives’ diaries to deliver an effective service. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a range of teams within the organisation.. This role is a 3 month temp contract.

The Role

This is a busy scheduling administration role where you will work within a team to ensure that all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy. Some key responsibilities will including:

  • Taking ownership of managing diaries
  • Liaising with different departments ensuring work requirements are fulfilled effectively.
  • Scheduling in customer appointments.
  • Ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Any other administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate

Strong administration and co-ordination skills will be required. Previous experience in a similar scheduling role would be an advantage. You will need to be organised, confident dealing with a wide range of people, self-motivated and enthusiastic with good attention to detail. Strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and a flexible approach to work are all essential. This is a temporary role so you need to be able to start with less than 1 weeks’ notice.
