The CMA HR Division is working with a growing manufacturing organisation based in Southampton to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis, reporting to the HR Advisor.What will the HR Advisor role involve?

  • Ensure accurate execution of HR and Talent activities, including employee lifecycle administration (starters, leavers, promotions).
  • Provide HR and Talent analytics, ensuring data is updated and checked for the HR and Talent Management Team.
  • Administer recruitment, learning platforms, payroll, pensions, and employment checks.
  • Update policies, procedures, and maintain HR systems (e.g., Bright HR, Real Time, SharePoint).
  • Collaborate with all business levels to support business vision, values, and offer excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience or understanding of employee life cycle
  • Good experience with use of Microsoft applications
