This role will play a pivotal part in transforming our digital customer experiences and driving the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions.

As the Digital Delivery Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Here are some of the key responsibilities of the Digital Delivery Lead opportunity:Lead the delivery of complex digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with Ageas’s strategic goals.Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Oversee the Agile delivery process, ensuring efficient workflows, sprint planning, and clear communication.Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, adapting strategies to ensure project success.Ensure all digital products are of the highest quality and provide an exceptional user experience.Drive a culture of accountability, delivering on business and customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in digital project management or digital delivery, ideally within an insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross-functional teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.A passion for digital innovation and customer-centricity.Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results.Familiarity with the latest digital trends and technologies, particularly within the insurance or financial services sector.
