Conveyancing is one of their key areas and they are always busy. It's the usual mixed caseload of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership. 

You'll absolutely be a people person, able to put yourselves in the shoes of your clients during stressful times and guide them through the process. You'll be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a confident approach and good time management and organisational skills. Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
