To succeed in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid background in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance
- Be commercially astute, with the ability to offer pragmatic, client-focused advice
- Have a strong understanding of the corporate market, including its challenges and opportunities
- Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in your work
- Work well within a team and support other fee-earners when needed
- Communicate confidently and to a high standard
- Possess competent IT skills
