The role of a Returns Administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries, arrange collections of stock from customers and liaise with the sales force & other internal departments as appropriate. Our client are looking for a qualified person to join our Returns Administration team in their Hedge End office and help them achieve their goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about stock collections.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Returns Administrator role are:

  1. To coordinate and communicate with other departments within GDHV to ensure that customer requirements are met within the required timescales.
  2. Process collections from customers within agreed timescales meeting customer
  3. To follow up on failed collections and maintain appropriate spreadsheets within the department to ensure necessary action is taken to predetermined timescales.
  4. To respond to customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner by phone and email as appropriate and to identify and resolve all customer issues, delivering outstanding customer service
  5. To assist the Department in developing cross team co-operation and liaison with all departments.
  6. To undertake any ad hoc tasks that may be necessary as specified by the Returns team lead deliver exceptional customer service.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Returns Administrator role is someone with the following:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in similar position, data entry, answering incoming telephone calls.
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Competent IT skills
  • An administrative background
