- Coordinate appointments for risk assessments
- Deal with all contact from customers via email, phone calls and internal requests
- To under-take general administrative tasks
- Create and maintain reports
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure all internal systems are kept up to date
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Raising jobs where needed
- Completing purchase orders
- Good administrative duties
- Will be competent in using Microsoft Office , Word and Excel.
