Looking for a hands-on role in payroll? We’re hiring a Payroll Administrator for a 3-month fixed-term contract with a leading fire safety company in Eastleigh. In this role, you’ll be directly involved in implementing a new HR/Payroll system. You’ll manage payroll queries, ensure data accuracy during the system change, and work closely with HR and IT teams. With flexible working hours and the potential for hybrid working, this is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to make a tangible impact on a key company project.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing payroll queries
  • Updating payroll-related documentation
  • Assisting in configuring the new HR and Payroll system
  • Ensuring data accuracy during the system transition
  • Supporting trial runs of the system before full implementation
  • Collaborating with HR and IT teams to facilitate the system migration
What you will need:
  • A strong background in Payroll, ideally experience of system implementation
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Payroll Administrator / Payroll Systems Manager / Payroll Officer / HR & Payroll Assistant / Payroll Assistant / HR Systems Administrator
  • Confidence in IT and system management – experience with Iris / Cascade is desirable
  • Immediate availability
