Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to assist with the smooth operation of the sales and procurement process

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, Christmas shutdown, free parking and a progressive business.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday 08:30 – 16:30

Reporting to the hiring manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement and sourcing parts
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers for better pricing and availability
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Obtaining authorisation prior to order
  • Processing of daily purchasing
  • Liaising with the Warehouse daily for incoming stock and outgoing stock
  • Arranging returns for faulty or incorrect parts delivered
  • Processing Sales Orders

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience within a sales and / or purchasing admin role
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task, remaining calm and focused during challenging times
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Well organised and an excellent communicator
