Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing or engineering space? We are looking for a driven professional to manage projects up to €5M from start to finish, ensuring optimal outcomes for our organization.


Location: Eastleigh, UK (3 Days a week)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initial quotation to commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee project financials, including margin goals, while fostering a strong ownership culture within your team.
  • Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with the organisations standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage site activities, ensuring health and safety protocols are always followed.
  • Handle customer relations, ensuring satisfaction and effective claim management.
  • Lead risk management efforts and integrate lessons learned into future projects.
  • Coordinate with supply chain to align procurement with project schedules.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment.
  • Solid project management background with a focus on commercial project management.
  • Strong knowledge of legal, contractual matters, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Relevant project management education or certification is highly desirable.
