Have you been working in a customer services or service / scheduling role? 

Do you work well under pressure?

We are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator (Scheduler) to join our head office team in Chandlers Ford.

We are looking for someone to join the friendly resource team to schedule engineer servicing visits, plan works, answer queries and support the highly skilled engineering team.

In return, on offer is a salary of up to £26,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days’ annual leave, annual company performance related bonus and bi-annual company social events!

This is a full-time/ permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday 08:30 – 16:30. 

Reporting to the Scheduling Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating a team of external engineer’s diaries
  • Account managing client relationships,
  • Building trusted working relationships with both engineers and clients,
  • Prioritising and schedule breakdowns,
  • Responding to client enquiries,
  • Maintaining accurate company records,
  • Proactively scheduling and planning service and testing of site machines,
  • Arranging engineer site visits.

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • Previous experience within a fast paced customer service, planning, operational or scheduling role is essential!
  • Strong communication skills - on the phone, email and face to face
  • The ability to multitask, manage workload and prioritise
  • Problem solving skills and be able to remain focused during challenging times
  • A flexible and positive approach
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
