Responsibilities: Social workers and ATM'sTo have a mixed caseload of families spanning early help and children in needTo co- work families alongside our Family PractitionerTo work within a smaller defined location/ geographical areTo build links with partners/ organisations within local communitiesKnowledge of child protection legislation and understanding of child protection issues and substitute careAssessments of risks protection & social care needs of individuals, carers, familiesUndertake joint assessments to ensure all risks consideredTake appropriate action in conjunction with other agencies & within legal & statutory framework, to protect vulnerable peopleMonitor, review and re asses care packages/services against identified risksRequirements

Team ManagersResponsible of team consisting of ATMs, Social Workers, Child Practitioners and Social Work PA's
