We are seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about education, whether transitioning from industry or experienced in teaching. You will be responsible for delivering courses from Levels 1 to 3.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students across Levels 1 to 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards and the needs of all students.
  • Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of students’ attendance, assessments, and progress.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and development sessions to stay informed of the latest teaching practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop new curriculum offerings and improve teaching and learning strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Industry experience in electrical installation is highly regarded.
  • A teaching qualification is desired but not essential; candidates with a willingness to obtain a teaching qualification will also be considered.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
