Accounts Administrator | St. Neots | 24 hours per week over 2-3 days with the option to work from home occasionally | £15.00–£17.00 per hour
Our client is a small but growing business based in St. Neots, specialising in Audio Visual design, supply, installation services, and media solutions for businesses across the UK and internationally. Following a recent acquisition of a similar business, they are now looking to expand their team.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous accounts experience and proficiency with Xero
- Experience working with companies offering recurring billing or Software as a Service (SaaS) products
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
What will your role look like?
As the Accounts Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
- General accounts administration and data input
- Accounts reconciliation
- VAT preparation
- Weekly and monthly financial reports
- Basic forecasting
- Banking payments
- Responding to customer account queries
