Responsible to: Assistant Team Manager (Building Assets)

Responsible for:

  • Arranging and managing all the statutory testing surveys for the authorities’ buildings, to ensure full compliance with the regulations, (e.g. Asbestos re-inspections, mansafe system testing, safety glazing surveys, roller shutter doors and automatic doors servicing etc).
  • You will work within the building surveying team, and you must have knowledge in asbestos compliance.
