The full time Teaching assistant position is due to start after February half term, initially running until Easter but will be extended, performance depending.
The role of a Teaching Assistant includes:
- Assist the teacher in the delivery of successful lessons.
- Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with other staff members.
- Be a role model to all pupils.
