What You'll Be Doing:

? Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing expert guidance to managers and employees.? Supporting the HR Manager in implementing and reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with UK employment law.? Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.? Leading recruitment efforts for temporary and permanent hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.? Championing employee engagement and well-being initiatives to foster a positive work environment.? Managing HR systems, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

?? HR Experience - Minimum 2 years in a generalist HR role.?? Employment Law Knowledge - Understanding of UK HR policies and legislation.?? Recruitment & Onboarding - Proven experience in end-to-end hiring processes.?? Interpersonal Skills - A confident communicator who can build strong relationships across all levels.?? CIPD Qualification (Level 3 or above) is desirable but not essential.
