Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Food Ebbw Vale 4on 4off days / nights £40,500 - £43,260The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, to work for a well-established Food business based at their Ebbw Vale. Working as part of a team, your role will be a mixture of reactive and planned preventive maintenance work, along side continuous improvements and projects.

Responsibilities

- Electrical & mechanical diagnostic/ fault finding techniques on automated food manufacturing machinery. - Awareness of Production OEE's and strive to make improvements to the OEE's. - H&S checks and equipment compliant, in place and working. - Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner. - Routine maintenance and monitoring of production machinery, and ensure all tasks are carried out and/or recorded in accordance with company policies. - Participate in projects as and when required.

Candidate Expectation

- Apprentice trained or equivalent to level 3 (mechanical or electrical). - Working in a multi skilled capacity - Ideally from a fast-paced manufacturing background such as Food / FMCG, although other engineering backgrounds will be considered. - Strong diagnostic skills. - Experienced working on continuous improvement projects.
