The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that all financial aspects of projects are meticulously tracked and recorded. This position requires a knowledgeable individual with a solid background in Quantity Surveying specifically within the housing sector. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to foster successful project outcomes and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a focus on housing projects.
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and their application in project management.
- Excellent numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications preferred.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000, dependent on experience, alongside a generous car allowance and an attractive benefits package.
