Description

  • Reach out to custoerms via phone, email or letters to recover overdue payments.
  • Work with customers to set up affordable repayment arrangements while ensuring compliance with policy.
  • Provide supprt and guidance on finaical difficulties, offering solutions to help customers manage debt.
  • Update customer accounts with payment arrangements, conversations and action taken.
  • Adhere to indusdtry regulations and complaies policies.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Work closely with the team to meet taregets.
