My client, an entrepreneurial, continually expanding group of companies, are looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join their close-knit and hardworking team.

Our client is looking for a Scheduling Administrator who is a confident IT user with advanced systems skills as our client is looking to implement a new scheduling system in the near future and would like this person to be the "go to" Super User for any internal processes within it.

The successful Scheduling Administrator will be responsible for the engineers and scheduled work in the North, you will be checking on a daily basis that all works from the day before have been completed successfully, liaising with engineers and clients to resolve and re-schedule any incomplete works.

Duties for this Scheduling Administrator will include but not be limited to:

  • Proactively scheduling routine service visits in line with contract frequency
  • Processing and loading new installations or maintenance orders
  • Scheduling urgent repair or maintenance call outs
  • Liaising with customers to schedule & confirm installation dates
  • Creating job cards and forwarding works instructions to engineers' tablets
  • Providing back of house IT support in relation to Engineers' systems workflow via their tablets and mobile phones

The successful Scheduling Administrator will have / be:

  • Comfortable working with a scheduling system from both the front & back-end (Experience of working with systems developers would be a benefit but not essential)
  • Super-efficient administration & organisational skills and experience
  • A positive and cheerful outlook and great telephone manner
  • Good problem-solving skills, with a solutions-led approach to your work
  • A personal drive to succeed and move forward in your career
  • An enquiring mind - our client likes people who notice things that are not as they should be
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
