?? Location: Edenbridge?? Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum - excellent benefits including 24 days holiday + BH, Private Healthcare, Pension, Company Profit Bonus, Sick Pay and Income protection, Death in service? Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. (5pm finish Friday)?? Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production & Planning Coordinator to join our award winning client based in Edenbridge. This role is a fantastic opportunity to manage sales orders, production planning, and the production team to ensure a seamless and high-quality service for our customers.

With full training provided, this position offers clear progression and the opportunity to advance into a Department Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order & Production Management: Oversee the daily management of sales orders, planning, and production, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Monitor team performance, provide support, and foster collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance work flow and compliance.
  • Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while optimising materials, equipment, and labour.
  • Stock & Procurement: Order consumables, maintain stock control, and liaise with suppliers and machine manufacturers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products consistently meet high-quality standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist with account management, enquiries, and maintaining strong service levels.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Provide financial and productivity reports to the Business Manager, resolve production issues, and manage documentation.

Problem-Solving Mindset - A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to resolve challenges efficiently.? Excellent Attention to Detail - Ensuring quality control and accurate reporting.? Customer Service-Oriented - Professional, friendly, and able to build strong relationships.? Tech-Savvy & Organised - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.? Manufacturing Experience (Preferred but not Essential) - Experience in FMCG, print or packaging is a plus (full training provided).? Thrives Under Pressure - Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.
