Role Overview:

We are urgently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee electrical works at Gatwick. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of lighting in Gatwick's baggage hall.
• Manage 20 operatives during the day (night shift has separate supervision).
• Liaise daily with the main contractor, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Attend weekly meetings at Datchet office (Wednesdays, half day).
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven Site Management experience.
• Strong electrical knowledge and background.
• Experience managing large teams and sub-contractors.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
