Description

  • To be responsible for purchase invoicing, dealing with supplier queries
  • Managing records and receipts.
  • To answer the telephone and transfer call to appropriate person.
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
  • To be responsible for ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Providing customer service to clients and vendors regarding financial issues.
  • Processing invoices and following up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
  • Helping with financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Participating in audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:
