Customer Service Executive

£34,500 + Pension + Parking

This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive with good computer skills to join a successful organisation which has been established in the local area for many years.

Some of your duties will include:

- Taking orders from customers over the telephone and inputting details onto computer system

- Checking stock is available to meet customer order requirements and co-ordinating delivery schedules

- Working closely with team to ensure orders are delivered promptly and dealing with any problems regarding deliveries

- Costing orders processed and raising client sales invoices once order has been dispatched

- Updating CRM database system daily with new client details and amending information held when necessary

- Providing a professional service at all times in order to develop strong business relationships
