Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism in a nurturing reception class environment.

Your RoleAs a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism in the reception class.
- Assist with classroom activities, sensory play, and tailored interventions.
- Foster a positive, supportive relationship that builds confidence and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the child's needs are met effectively.
- Be a patient, proactive, and understanding presence in the classroom.
We are keen to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with children with Autism or other additional needs (ideally in an early years or primary setting).
- Are enthusiastic about helping young learners reach their full potential.
- Are a strong communicator with a positive and flexible approach.
