Bodyshop Advisor
Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a part time Bodyshop Advisor. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the Bodyshop Advisor are as follows:
- Handling inbound calls to the Bodyshop
- Obtaining customers personal details, accident details, insurer details
- Booking in customers for repair
- Managing the courtesy car fleet
- Provide customers with repair updates and progress using information from bodyshop technicians
- Organising deliveries and collections
- Taking payments for insurance excess
To be a successful candidate for the Bodyshop Advisor role you must:
- Have a resilient attitude
- Previous experience within an automotive customer service role is essential
- Experience within a customer facing role (telephone or face to face) is essential
- Enjoy communicating with customers and solving any queries
Salary:
- 30k - 35k Basic
- Pension scheme
