About the Role as a Teaching Assistant:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to support teachers and students in a vibrant learning environment. This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in education or planning to undertake teacher training in the future.


Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Providing one-to-one or small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Helping to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.


About You:
A graduate with a degree in any discipline (preferably in education, psychology, or a related field).
Passionate about working with children and committed to their development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable, especially when working with SEN students.
Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or voluntary roles) is desirable but not essential.
