We are currently representing a forward-thinking and innovative wealth management firm that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in paraplanning and leadership to further their career in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of paraplanners, ensuring a high standard of service to private clients and families.
• Oversee the team’s workflow capacity and task allocation on a weekly basis to ensure efficiency.
• Liaise with advisers to communicate case updates, providing essential information in a timely manner.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are fully understood and adhered to by the team.
• Drive continuous improvement of paraplanning processes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior paraplanners, providing coaching and support for their development.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with administration teams to ensure seamless operational processes.

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience in paraplanning, with a proven track record in leading and developing teams.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of paraplanning processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
