An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Croydon, Surrey.CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an AC Engineer to be based in a commercial office located near Croydon, Surrey.He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
- NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
- Extensive experience working within commercial environments
Hours of work
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Monday- Friday
- Staticrole
- 25 - 26 per hour Umbrella or CIS
- Starting ASAP - 3 MONTH TEMP CONTRACT
Responsibilities
- PPM & Reactive maintenance
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
