Reactive Electrician
Spencer and Jamesare currently seeking experiencedElectricianswith a history of social housing reactive works to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in London. Our client offers stability with permanent contracts, ideal candidates will have previous experience working for a main contractor, or housing provider.
- Up to 42,000 annual salary, based on experience
- Permanent contract
- Company van, fuel card
About the role:
You will deliver Reactive Maintenance Social Housing properties in South London. Work will be assigned via a PDA device, and you will complete daily works sheets to keep track of the jobs completed and materials used. This role is mobile therefore a drivers license is essential. Please see the essential qualifications required below.
Duties include:
- Electrical repairs, renewals and installations
- Working in occupied properties
- Delivering high quality work standards
- Working productively to complete tasks in alignment of your assigned schedule
- Communicating well with colleagues and residents
- Reporting to a Supervisor
Requirements:
- Full UK drivers license
- An Electrical Level 3 NVQ
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Testing and Inspection
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Great communication/ customer service skills
- Superb standard of work
