SEN Teacher Assistant - West London - Full Time - ASAP Start

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is committed to high standards and supporting all children's needs
Experience in a school or with SEN children is desirable but not essential
Working Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM
Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
(Flexible working options available, with adjusted pay)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Adapt teaching support style to better suit each individuals needs
- Refer to using positive behaviour techniques
- Be patient, kind and resilient
This role involves working in a hydrotherapy pool, which may require getting in the water with pupils.
