Due to continuous growth, they are on the lookout for a new member to join our team as an Audit Senior. The audit division spans across various sectors, guaranteeing that each day brings new challenges and experiences. They are looking for a motivated individual who is looking who is seeking a challenging career move with opportunities to develop their own technical and leadership skills within the firm.Joining the Audit team means being part of a dynamic field that's constantly evolving. The firm are actively managing lots of change as our client base grows, which requires thinking out of the box about better ways of working within the audit department.Your new roleWithin this varied role, you will support the manager in planning, performing and completing audit assignments, be responsible for all aspects of audit fieldwork, be involved in the budget-setting process and ensuring tasks are completed in line with budgets, prepare & review high-quality audit documentation and drafts of the financial statements, manage and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met, delegate work to junior members of the team and providing on the job coaching and mentoring to the trainees when needed and develop strong relationships with clients, Audit team and the wider firm.What you'll need to succeedYou will be fully qualified (CA, ACCA or equivalent) or part-qualified with an appropriate level of practical experience and exam success, possess a strong track record of leading onsite audits, have excellent technical knowledge and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and CPD, demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and be able, and willing, to take ownership for their work, be a strong team player and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, possess numerical and data analysis skills and have excellent attention to detail.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive salary, 31 days holiday per year & Holiday buy/sell scheme, a generous pension contribution and life insurance scheme, continuous training and support via firm's training academy, birthday gift and Perkbox - discounts on supermarkets, travel, retail, leisure and much more, professional subscriptions, team and office wide social activities and enhanced paid leave (Maternity/Paternity/ Adoption/Bereavement & Compassionate Leave & Company Sick Pay).What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
