Three Bridges Recruitment is partnering with an Edinburgh-based professional services organisation with a renowned reputation across the industry. They are currently looking for a Client Accountantto join them on a part time(21 hours per week) permanent basis.

In this key role, you will provide accountancy advice and offer services to a range of private clients, ranging from individuals to a range of trusts and companies. You will manage a portfolio of clients, working with your team to ensure an excellent level of service is always provided.

This role would be ideal for an accountant who is experienced and knowledgeable inclient trust accounts.

Job

The role of a Client Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Managing a small portfolio of clients, preparing trust, estate and various forms of business accounts

• Delivering exceptional client service in all tasks, ensuring the confidentiality of client and firm information

• Actively contributing to the firm's growth by proactively supporting business development efforts

• Overseeing the work of an Accounts Assistant

• Enhancing technical skills through training and experience to develop areas of specialisation in line with our client’s business plan

You

As a Client Accountant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Significant accounting experience, ideally in a professional services environment

• An accountancy qualification is desirable but not mandatory

• Experience with CCH Trust Accounts, CCH Accounts, and Xero is preferred

• Possess strong organizational skills

• Meet financial targets and achieve agreed-upon goals

• Recognize the importance of care and diligence in your work, as well as within the team and department

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and professional conduct
