As Associate Director, you will work closely with the partners, taking a lead on client relationships, complex advisory projects, and team development. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate tax advisory projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor junior members of the tax team
- Collaborate with Partners on strategic business development
- Oversee compliance and ensure quality control standards are met
- ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
