Their tax department, one of the largest outside the big four in Scotland, is seeking a Personal Tax Director. Day-to-day of the role:- Work closely with tax partners to build and lead an exceptional personal tax team as part of the firm's strategic growth plan.
- Lead the delivery of complex personal tax advisory services within our multi-disciplinary advisory groups.
- Proactively identify and engage in opportunities to deliver value to clients.
- Coach and develop team members, enhancing their skills and professional growth.
- Act as an active member of the firm's Strategic Leadership Group, helping to shape and drive the strategic objectives at the firm level.
- Alignment with our purpose and values, with a drive to make a positive impact.
- Proven ability to lead and coach, supporting partners in the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
- Outstanding subject matter expertise in personal tax.
- Strong leadership and coaching experience, with the ability to deliver exceptional results.
- Entrepreneurial acumen and a proactive approach.
- Relevant qualifications such as ATT, CTA, or CA are desirable, but not essential if you have relevant experience.
