About The Job:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for technical administration? Our client is looking for a Technical Administrator to join their dynamic team in Dunbar. This permanent, full-time position offers a chance to make a tangible impact within an established business. You will work closely with a friendly and experienced team, primarily reporting to the Technical Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Technical Submittals for smooth project execution.
  • Update and manage Product & Safety Data Sheets for compliance.
  • Keep technical literature current and accessible.
  • Coordinate paperwork for site inspections and certifications.
  • Support R&D initiatives and innovation.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update website content.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with database applications
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or equivalent)
