We are on the lookout for a Client Relations Administrator to join our client in Edinburgh.

You will be joining the Client Solutions department on a 12-month FTC with a salary of £25,000. You will be working 35 hours each week, core hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on a rota basis Monday to Friday, including an unpaid break for lunch of 1 hour.

About the role:

This opportunity is perfect for a customer-obsessed individual who can provide exceptional customer service. You will work with the administration and management of designated forms as well as having a range of responsibilities shared with your CRS colleagues across the whole department.

As a Client Relations Administrator, you will manage mailboxes and answer questions from both customers and advisors, via phone, email, and live chat. You need the skills to maintain a balance between delivering customer needs and managing a dynamic and varied workload. You will join an energetic and collaborative team to manage queries and ensure the company's service standards are met.
