- Produce and amend correspondence, documents, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF/Adobe.
- Manage client and matter files, including opening, closing, and conflict checks.
- Organise diaries, meetings, room bookings, catering, and IT support.
- Manage email accounts, including inboxes of absent fee earners.
- Take notes and manage attendance for team meetings.
- Assist with regular billing, invoice management, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and expense claims.
- Maintain and update client and contact information.
- Support with ad hoc administrative tasks, such as organising team training and managing document storage.
- Liaise with internal teams including Finance, IT, and Marketing for efficient office operations.
- Provide additional support to other divisions when required
- Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Prior experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Experience within the legal sector is advantageous but not essential.
