EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - INSIDE IR35 - MUST HAVE CURRENT DISCLOSURE IN LAST 12 MONTHS.

Loriens leading Public sector Finance based client is looking for a Executive Assistant to join them on an initial short term contract with great chance of long term extension. Please note we can only progress with candidates who are immediately available and have an active disclosure approval.

You will:

  • Provide clerical support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Proactively plan and manage the diaries in line with business and her priorities.
  • Prioritise and respond to (where appropriate) emails in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Use initiative, working independently to provide an excellent and consistent service to stakeholders i.e. departments, agencies and external businesses.
  • Responding professionally to last minute changes and accommodating unexpected, urgent requests.
  • Taking and tracking actions from key Executive led meetings
  • Coordinate, manage and organise the logistics of meetings and visits, including coordinating availability, checking attendance, and managing cast lists
  • Ensure that the Executive is prepared in advance of meetings and events with agendas, relevant information and documents
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including officials within the department, in other government departments and external stakeholders.
  • Manage ad hoc work requests from private office, in addition to a core workload supporting the Executive.

You will have;

  • Strong interpersonal skills who enjoy working in a delivery focused environment
  • Demonstrable administration and support skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate concisely and coherently to a wide variety of audiences
  • Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a busy diary and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
