Peace Recruitment are working with one of Scotland's largest Social Care charity who are look to to grow there established estates team based out their Edinburgh office.

Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Management Officerto oversee facilities and maintenance operations across multiple sites in Scotland. You will assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs, managing building alterations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering maintenance programs and inspections
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage refurbishments and project budgets
  • Provide technical advice on repairs and improvements
  • Conduct building surveys and prepare reports

Experience & Requirements:

  • HND/HNC in Building Surveying or equivalent technical qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, CDM, and building standards
  • Experience in building contract, and contract administration and project control with multi-disciplinaryteams.
  • CAD skills desirable or working knowledge of CAD required.
  • Full driving license
