Looking to join a growing business as part of a fun and successful team? We're delighted to be supporting AFG Media/Morphsuits on a new Key Account Support Coordinator to play a key role in their continued success.

In this back-office sales administration role, you'll take ownership of the coordination of key wholesale trade accounts. With a big focus on data management and maintaining internal systems, this would be well suited to someone who enjoys processes, is exceptionally organised and a confident communicator.

This will be office based from their Edinburgh city centre location.

We're looking for:

  • Proven customer data entry/administration experience
  • Comfortable liaising with key clients and partners (via email) and internal teams
  • Able to follow workflows to ensure accurate data is entered and reporting on stock
  • First-class organisational skills
  • A great attitude and desire to build long-lasting relationships
  • Flexibility - in an ever-changing landscape, priorities can change so flexibility and being able to adapt is key

You will be:

  • Maintaining internal systems through entry of data and reporting
  • Managing customer communications and working closely with internal teams
  • Processing customer order and tracking order timelines
  • Flagging potential process improvements
  • Getting involved with ad-hoc projects as required
  • Preparing client reports/data requests
