Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to manage office operations, provide administrative support, and maintain efficient office procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Duties:
Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and admin support
Perform accurate data entry using Construc, Paperless & Sage software
Organise physical and electronic filing systems
Handle incoming phone calls professionally
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars
Provide additional administrative support as needed
Skills:
Previous office administration experience (preferably in construction)
Proficient in Microsoft programs
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Detail-oriented with data entry accuracy
Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000 - 28,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Benefits: Company pension, free on-site parking
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: 5 years in customer service and admin roles (required)
Language: English (required)
License/Certification: Driving license (preferred)
