Operations Administrator
An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking wealth management firm based in Edinburgh,
They are looking for an awesome person to join their team and be responsible for a range of administration duties that would include finance, operations, marketing and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Practice manager with the day to day running of the office
- Provide general administration support as required (Scanning, photocopying etc)
- Assist with any requests from Clients and Financial Planners
- Produce and record client and firm correspondence relating to clients
- Update and maintain all client database systems with current client KYC and policy information
- Liaise with clients via the telephone, email and face to face
