We are seeking an Accounts Receivables team member for an exciting opportunity within the Energy & Natural Resources industry in Edinburgh.

Description

  • Manage and maintain the Oracle financial system.
  • Ensure prompt payment of invoices and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Manage customer queries and disputes regarding invoices.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on accounts receivables.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer details in the system.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivables candidate should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial software.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing customer queries and disputes.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
