Description
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Prepare, send, and store invoices, contacting clients and dealing with inquiries.
- Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team in daily tasks and duties.
Profile
A successful Reconciliations Clerk should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
